"First the positives:
I have taken about half of the bottle at this time. I can say that my hair lose has stopped, or at least come to a very slow crawl which is amazing! I'm one where I would wash & condition my hair, and while running my hands through my hair with conditioner, my hands would come out with globs of hair daily. & I would shed hair throughout the day like a dog or cat... it was so gross, I admit, but seemed normal to me. While since taking this, when washing my hair, I'm maybe getting like 5 strands of hair that come out into my hand, vs the globs. & I haven't noticed any shedding during the day. (maybe it's happening, however I'm not noticing it like I was.)
Now the negatives:
It does leave an after taste in your mouth. like if you take it, then 20+ mins later you maybe burp or yawn, you can taste it. it's kinda gross.
Another downside for ME is you have to take it 2 times a day. I'm more of a 1 and done. I like to take all my meds / pills in the morning with my coffee & then be done with them. Having to take them again at lunch is a drag, but I'll do anything in the name of weight loss... if it worked!
However it hasn't done anything for me for weight loss, and I have about 20lbs to lose. So sad on that aspect. was hoping for a win on all fronts. (& for the record, I took this as directed, while doing HITT bootcamp's 3 days a week & eating lean cuisines.)
