"the orange flavor is disgusting and doesnt taste like orange at all. the peach mango is soo much better. mix with 10oz of WARM WATER. i have my blender bottle and shake the powder and water together in that and is dissolves fine. i also put lemon hydrating powder (ultima brand) in mine and it tastes great. theres no saving the orange. its horrible and thats why its always in stock. im suffering through til peach mango comes back. i dont go a day without this stuff. DRINK IT WARM NOT COLD!"

"I first started with the Peach Mango flavor powder when it was on a flash sale. I mixed my powder with vitamin C powder and MSM and found the flavor bearable however for such a small container to barely last a month, it was disappointing so I switched to the pills.

The pills are bigger than you think but they're easy to swallow in my opinion. I haven't seen a difference in my hair, skin and nails yet since it's early but I do feel the energy boost that it provides so thats great. Will update this review if I see any difference in my hair skin and nails.

Overall, I don't mind the powder and the pills. If you prefer using the powder, dissolve it in room temp or warm water so the drink doesnt come out gritty. I personally recommend the pills because it's at a better price and lasts longer than the powder."
