Be aware!!
"This doesn’t have enough B1 (thiamine). Bariatric patients should take way more than this. Unfortunately I learned the hard way and got beriberi and had all sorts of complications until taking high doses of thiamine to correct it, this vitamin is great you will just want to also supplement with extra B1."
