As the for product, it works to well.... I brough these for stress and anxiety and I've been taking 3 a day (you can take up to 4) One in the morning when I wake up, one when I get home from work and one before bed. It's almost like I just don't care anymore about anything. Very laid back and meh I'll get to it when I get it to. My wife said that I no longer toss and turn in my sleep and I do find that I am waking up in the exact position I fell asleep in and very well rested. Taking too much care cause stomach issues, but these have made me very regular (TMI?) going every morning now when I wake up. I can't recommend this product enough."

"I bought these when a family member was sick and going into hospice, at the same time that I started a new job, and these were a life saver. I noticed a difference faster than expected and went right back to reorder. People were mentioning the stickiness? I bought a Goli variety 6 pack directly from Goli and almost every container was sticky but my Amazon one wasn't one little bit. I'm sure that comes down to storage etc but who know how that will work. But function wise? They work beautifully"
