"I’ve been taking OLLY women’s multivitamins and they don’t have ANY iron in them at all. I was feeling so sluggish and I have a history of anemia so I’m assuming that’s my problem. I’ve been taking these for 4 days and I already notice a difference. The very flavor is a berry flavor but as mention by other reviews it is IRON so it has a slight metallic aftertaste. I mix it with my daily gummy vitamins and it balances out. All in all I recommend and I will definitely be purchasing these in the future. Ive found that I don’t miss/forget my vitamins when it’s in gummy form ????"

"I bought these as additional supplements because my iron levels have been low for many years and my regular iron supplements cause discomfort and figured the gummies would be better. The flavor is fine, yes there is a metal taste left behind but it's not too bad. I can take these by themselves without feeling sick minutes later. But for someone who follows a low carb lifestyle these have 6gm of carbs, which is more than I care for. So I'm not sure if I would buy these again, I make look for another gummie supplement with less carbs."
