"So I was not a fan of the second batch that I received. It tasted different to me and seemed to cause some GI issues. HOWEVER, the first batch was great and I loved the product. What was even better was the amazing customer service from this seller! They reached out to me to try to resolve my problem, even thought it is clear that you cannot return the powder (which I totally understand). They offered to refund my money - which I sincerely appreciate but do not think is necessary as I purchased the item and received it. Not many people seem to care what you think once you receive your product - this company does. For that reason alone I would recommend this seller. Give it a try - it does work and the company definitely stands behind their products."
