"I wasn't expecting so many. This is great value for the price. I usually take 3-6 tablets a day and I noticed a difference right away. I'm having easier, more frequent BMs and I feel great. The tablets are small so you can chew or swallow. They taste like little candies. A little chalky but not a bad taste at all."
