Kids love them, do feel calmer at bedtime
"My kids look forward to these as a pre-bed time treat and I do feel that the magnesium makes bedtime a bit calmer, helps with sore legs/growing pains and from our reading is a safer and more gentle alternative to melatonin. Our whole family now takes magnesium at night and all feel the benefits of staying asleep and calmer bodies."

"Started using them for my youngest daughter (she’s 16 months old) after pediatrician recommended starting her on magnesium she’s had sleeping issues since birth and magnesium was the last option before seeing a sleep specialist. She takes two 30 minutes before bed and sleeps all night without any issues! Ended up ordering more because my oldest daughter (she’s almost 3) started having issues with waking up between 3-4am because of night terrors and after i started letting her take them we haven’t had any issues with either of them!
