"It seems like a big fad, but if you can believe me, they work. I've been taking these for a few months now and they really have changed my life for the better. Not in any extreme way, but in a noticeable way. I've taken antidepressants since I was 15 but sophomore year of college hit hard. Fall semester I was literally hanging on by a thread. By the spring semester I was doing really well and significantly better than before. The only change? These pills. I take them every night and I sleep well and it relieves my anxiety throughout the day. Now, I no longer take antidepressants, I just take these.

I hate taking pills, especially big smelly ones. These smell like herbs and they taste almost like dirt for the one second that they're in your mouth, but because of how good they've been for me, I've sucked it up, and now it's all very tolerable."

"This is some strong ashwaganda I won't lie. If you care too much and want to care less, this is the stuff for you. I have a crap minimum wage job that I don't want to be at but don't know what else to do with my time, I basically try to get fired but they will not fire me for some reason. I show up 15 minutes late everyday, I take 45 minute lunches on my 15 minute break, I spend 25 minutes in the bathroom taking a dookie, I work slow, I just don't care anymore, it's great. I just go "mmhmm" whenever my boss tells me to do something. I drop a glass object on the ground, I don't care, I don't react, I just stare at it for a few seconds then go get something to clean it up. Stress and anxiety gone. My brain is pretty slow and my reaction time is terrible but I don't know if it has anything to do with ashwaganda or if it's just my brain."

"It could be a placebo or not idc! I feel good honestly. It has significantly decreased my constant state of anxiety for literally no reason. It's eased my body's permanent fight or flight mode. I still have anxiety for sure, but it has soothed me so much. I love it. I only take one a day though."
