"Metformin did not help my sugars and made me feel terrible. This Berberine/bitter melon/Ceylon cinnamon supplement has helped my numbers to be completely normal. I'm taking it 3x day with meals. It has reduced inflammation in my ONE finger joint that has been swollen and stiff for months (not sure what caused it) but it's been gon since about 3 weeks into taking this herb. Only con was abdominal pain when taken on empty stomach, so i took after eating a few bites first and problem solved.
