"I cannot really rate these as I have only taken for a week. I think it will take a while before I see any difference. My only concern is they list all of the vegetables/fruits used to create but there is no listing of the minerals they refer to. The label should be more inclusive"

"I never eat vegetables or fruits like I should. But my brother recommended this and I’ll be darned if I don’t immediately feel better after taking them. I was the biggest skeptical in the world about these fruit and vegetable supplements no, they really do work. And what I like about them is there only fruit and vegetables in the ingredients. No other junk. So much not to like. It seems that they are dehydration process to create these. Don’t remove the nutrients, and you get them when you take the pills. I highly recommend this give it a try! (close these are cheaper than some others) but don’t reinvent the wheel, these work."

"I think I like this product - just finishing my first set of bottles. As I read in other reviews, I too found there were shortages of capsules in the bottles. 2 in 1, 1 in the other. Not a huge deal, but I paid for full bottles and these aren't inexpensive. I put my capsules in a daily reminder to take ahead of time, so it's not like I can't count to three."
