Finally, a great Creatine !
"RESULTS - Let me start with the results post 7 days of use - 10% increase in strength (based on how much more I am now able to lift in different exercises) and 15 % to 20% increase in the workout duration (meaning less fatigue) .
CONFIDENCE IN THE ABOVE RESULTS - In those 7 days, my diet remained the same & I used the same preworkout supplement and Whey protein that i had been using. The only thing that changed was the addition of this Naked Creatine (usage described below). So, I can confidently attribute the above results to Naked Creatine.
USAGE - First 4 days of load in phase, I used one scoop with water 4 times a day. After that, I used half a scoop ( of Naked Creatine) with pre workout and then half a scoop with Whey Protein post workout.
SCOOP SIZE: I measured the Full scoop (flat top) to be 4 grams vs 5 grams as claimed. However, that should not be an issue for this great product.
QUALITY AND ABSORBENCY - Hands down the BEST Creatine I have ever used. ( I have used many over the years). Dissolves like a charm in water with absolutely to texture or taste. I have NEVER had creatine that dissolved so easily without any texture or taste. AND, Best of all, no upset stomach or bloating.
I rarely write reviews but, when I do, it means I am either too pissed or too happy - In this case, Very Happy :-)"
It works!
"It works well, dissolves in most any liquid I've used, and has no flavor. But I "like" that it has no flavor! It really works and has no garbage added like most others. It should be flavorless, and that's what this product has done. I've been lifting since 1974. I've tried a lot of brands, but each has fallen below "my" standards. I'm trained as a Personal Trainer and do not recommend anything unless I've researched and tried the product. I think this is what every manufacturer should create."
Cleanest in the Game
"This is the cleanest creatine in the game. I have tried many and all made me bloated and dehydrated and few gave me headaches. This does exactly what is says with no after taste, no clumping, and NO BLOATING/HEADACHES! I haven’t seen results yet but it’s only been a week.
