"I got this product basically hoping it would just boost my mood a bit and what not. I didn't expect it to work as well as it did. Not only did it boost my mood, but helped with brain fog, and better energy. I'm not perfect so I forget sometimes to add it to my coffee in the morning sometimes and the days I do I get such a caffeine crash, the yawns ect. But when I don't forget I go through my day steadily still feeling good and not begging for a nap by the end of the day. I will definitely be purchasing again! "The package arrived quick and in good shape. The package was sealed and untampered. When opened the Resin has easy to use instructions with measuring sticks. The smell is not good however, well worth the benefits. I add this to my coffee so I don't taste anything. I find the it gives me a bit of an energy boost and mostly take it for immunity boosting and bone health. It makes me feel calm."
