"I purchased the Triquetra Advanced Black Seed 4x maximum strength for the benefits it provides, total body health, supports immunity. This has 60:1 extract. This can help with so many factors so I'm hoping it does wonders for me. I've read alot of the comments of people saying it messes up their stomach, but I haven't had any problems to this point. I make sure I take it with a meal or shortly after. I like that these are in capsules, with 4x highest Thymoquinone concentration available. 60:1 concentrate from Nigella Sativa, Raw form,vegan & in a glass bottle. (60 capsules-50mg) the directions are 1 capsules daily with food. This brand has the highest of potency for comparison. It helps with immunity, joints,cardiovascular health,liver,gut,inflammation and brain. I recently went into the hospital after 1.5 yrs of major head pressure & thought I had a stroke at 42 yrs old. Come to find out while there that my right side carotid arterie is 85% clogged. I'm awaiting surgery at this time, as I did get transferred to a different hospital but as they didn't get everything done in time before Memorial day weekend I wouldn't beable to get my surgery til the middle of the following wk, so I had to get discharged.
