"Great tasting, easy to take supplement. I use it to lower blood sugar and triglycerides. In 6 months of using it, along with a few other supplements my A1C has dropped one point and my triglycerides by over 100. No change in diet or activity. I do supplement with other things so it’s hard to say if it’s just one thing or a combination of the things I’m taking.
